The lovely Iridessa was sent on a mission to save the Didorian Empire.
Her mission was to contact the Llueve people and convince them to trade
with the Empire and protect their caravans from the Barboans.
With
their southern routes protected, the Empire would then be free to
concentrate on the war in the north. The plans of Iridessa's mission and
arrival fall into the hands of King Clovis and his son Roan of Barboa.
With the knowledge of the desperate situation of the Didorian Empire,
Clovis and Roan start to scheme on a way to save the Empire while
profiting from their distress.
The plan's central figure is a shaman of
the Llueve people; a rebellious boy looking for a way out of an arranged
marriage. While he can be immature and moody, there is no denying his
incredible power. Meanwhile, the war in the north does not go well for
the Empire as their enemies, the Tridorians have invented a new weapon.
A weapon that makes the sound of thunder and has the power to penetrate
armor!
